Libre se encuentra César Augusto Ramos Martínez, quien fue sacado a la fuerza de su vivienda en la vereda Barranca, municipio de Paz de Ariporo, en la madrugada de este miércoles 19 de octubre.
Según se pudo conocer, 5 personas que portaban chaquetas y gorras del Gaula llegaron hasta su vivienda, lo sacaron en contra de su voluntad, lo amarraron y subieron a un vehículo Renault Logan de su propiedad.
Hasta el momento se ha podido establecer que, Martínez, a la altura de la vereda La Hamaca, logró escaparse lanzándose al cauce del río, de donde por fortuna salió y abordó un bus con destino a Sácama, para posteriormente presentarse en la Personería Municipal, donde manifestó haber sido víctima de secuestro y hurto.
Al parecer, los captores se habrían identificado como integrantes del ELN y estarían pidiendo 50 millones de pesos por su liberación.
En estos momentos, Ramos Martínez, quien se dedica a labores de agricultura, se encuentra en chequeo médico y prontamente se reunirá con su familia.
